Not counting the Sard MC8R’s, This is the world’s first known running/driving second generation (1991-1999) V8 Toyota MR2. the Sard cars were purpose built ultra custom cars on custom chassis. Mike’s car started out as an OEM PRODUCTION MR2, and he installed the Audi V8 and Audi transaxle into it. I posted about it before here.
